CVS TRIM AND OTHER FABRICATED AND MACHINABLE PARTS
CVS
has the capabilities to do most machine work and fabrication. Along
with control valve repair, CVS rebuilds or replaces the customer trim,
eliminating long deliveries from the O.E.M. CVS also manufactures
custom trim parts to fit unique customer requirements.
CVS has a widely diversified inventory of trim drawings that
meet factory specifications. Specializing in Masoneilan and Annin. CVS
also manufactures parts for Fisher, Hammel - Dahl, Honeywell, Valtek,
Foxboro and others. When inquiring or ordering, use original O.E.M.
part numbers, model numbers, etc.
Metals required are in stock or they are readily available to
CVS, from 304 S.S. to hard to find materials such as Ferrillium and
Tantalum.
For corrosive and severe conditions, CVS offers hard metal
overlaying (stellite, hastelloys, etc.) applied by helliarc welding.
CVS can also apply tungsten carbide seat inserts, plug tips, or solid
carbide trim parts to increase trim life in severe conditions. This
material can be applied by epoxy, silver solder, or mechanical bond.
Beyond valve parts, thermowells, and orifice plates, rod out devices,
sample thieves, actuator to valve adaptation, or any special customer
needs can be supplied by CVS.

VALVE REPLACEMENT PARTS
CVS manufactures the trim parts that are to be
replaced in the valves repaired by CVS. We also supply trim parts
directly to the customer: EXXON, SHELL, DOW, UNION CARBIDE, MOBIL and
DUPONT to name just a few.
CVS has a widely diversified inventory of trim drawings that
meet factory specifications. We also have the capability to repair
existing trim to original condition.
